Making way for a new set of songs, so I hope you all downloaded what you wanted, as I have cut off some of the "chaff," so to speak. . . I'll post some scratch from the next CD or two for your listening (dis)pleasure. Unfortunately, the finished products will end up being for sale. . So, take what you will from what's still left. . everyone else does!

Another FREE Historical Document!!! 18 rough cuts from an unfinished project in 1997. enjoy! Most are pretty ready apart from some scratchy vocals. Chris Madsen disappeared when his wonderful loft space studio was sold out to make high-end Yuppie condominiums, so the masters are in an undisclosed location.

Josh Bloomer

Bio:
Josh Bloomer has been performing and writing music for over twenty years. A multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, and songwriter, he also plays in four boston-area bands--a different instrument in each. As prolific as he is busy, he has written over three hundred songs, and has probably forgotten even more than that. Many of these songs come from pure inspiration, though many are made to order using certain criteria exclusive to the style desired. Melodic and lyrical, his songs range from alternative and straight rock to reggae, punk, ska, country, folk, punk and other sub-genres. In addition to playing all the instruments on most of his recordings, he also has arranged and engineered most of them as well in The Padded Room, Josh's "sound laboratory," as he likes to call his studio. No sequencing or computer recording media or effects were used, all songs were tracked start to finish organically. Most of the downloadable cuts available online are just demos of the songs, and not product, so as to protect final mixes from being shared without compensation.
